Ideal customer
I like to work with entrepreneurs, not for entrepreneurs. I tend to work with entrepreneurs who are curious, who update or learn new things weekly.
Non-ideal customer
I don’t like to work with entrepreneurs with standoffish communication, with “corporate language”, so with much form and little substance; who make decisions based on “in my opinion,” the opposite of the data-driven approach; who respond to requests for feedback after days or weeks; if you want things today for tomorrow; if you repeatedly ignore advice: it means you’re not using your time to the fullest.
